Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

Package Your Jewelry

Place your items securely back in their original Melinda Maria box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

Ship and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
